Terence is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales with over 19 years of experience in personal and business immigration. He also undertakes advocacy in the First Tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) and has  successfully managed Judicial Review proceedings in the High Court since 2004. In addition, Terence has over 10 years’ experience in family law specialising in non-countentious family law matters. 

 

Terence earned his LLB in 1995 and later pursued an LLM in International Human Rights Law in 2002. Between 2002 and 2011, he worked with various private and legal aid immigration firms in London, serving as a Law Society accredited Level 2 senior immigration caseworker and solicitor. Driven by his strong belief in providing bespoke tailored services to his clients, Terence established his own private practice in 2011, drawing upon his vast experience in immigration matters.
