Daniel is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales in 2012 and joined our firm of as an Immigration and Family Law solicitor in the same year. Notably, since 2019, Daniel has been providing advisory services to the Royal Court of Justice as an Honorary Legal Adviser, specifically in Family Law matters.

With over a decade of experience, Daniel has been specialising on all personal immigration matters, preparing applications based on compassionate circumstances, leave to remain (settlement), entry clearance applications and drafting grounds for Judicial Review for both entry clearance and in country refusals.

In addition, Daniel’s specialises in several areas of Family Law, focusing mainly on domestic violence cases and court orders and injunctions, child arrangements proceedings, private family law matters and financial settlements.
